Winner Eligibility
The winner of the promotional drawing shall be entitled to receive the advertised prize, provided they are legally eligible to possess the item.
For firearms regulated under the Gun Control Act, the winner must successfully complete all required federal and state transfer procedures, including ATF Form 4473 and the associated background check, unless otherwise exempt by law.
For items regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA), the winner must successfully complete all applicable transfer requirements, including ATF Form 4 approval, payment of any required transfer tax, and any other applicable federal and state requirements before possession of the item may be transferred.
If the selected winner is unable or unwilling to lawfully complete the required transfer process, Gold & Gun LLC reserves the right to select an alternate winner or award an alternate prize of equal value, as provided in the Official Rules.
